If I had to guess, you’re someone who has worked hard, and achieved at least one (probably several) measures of success. But you’re not happy. In fact, if you’re honest with yourself, you’ve (almost) forgotten what being happy feels like.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed. You feel anxious way more than you’d like (or than you know is healthy). And you’re so darn busy you’ve driven yourself into permanent autopilot – disconnected from yourself and those around you. You’re done. There has to be a better way to live and work.
